Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your American Threads finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
